Vaishnavee Ragavan

Vaishnavee is an energetic and caring mother of two children and has a bachelor degree in Computer science from India. Later, she completed her diploma in fashion designing and owned a small business in that field. After relocating to the USA, she found her passion in the field of Early Childhood Education. Therefore, she started taking Early Childhood Education classes at DeAnza college, Cupertino in the year 2016 and accomplished her Associate Degree in Child Development with distinction. Simultaneously, she was working as a teacher at a newly established multiple-intelligence preschool at Sunnyvale. After two years of experience, she acquired her Site Supervisor Permit and decided to found a home based, high quality preschool which is her long term dream. During the pandemic, she continued to work with preschool children online because she loves and enjoys working with young children. Moreover, she has interests in dance, fitness activities, arts and crafts, music, etc. She has been performing dance on stage since childhood and teaches dance for young children; also, learning vocal carnatic music. In addition, she ran her first half marathon in 2019 and continues running. Overall, encouraging the young children to be active learners through their interests with love and care is her first priority.

Kaushika Nattanmai Saravana Prabhu

Kaushika is a lovable mother of two boys who found her passion in teaching when she took her children to Montessori preschools in India. She began teaching Accelerated Math for children aged 5 to 14 years. After teaching for two years, she relocated to the US with her family when her husband got a job transfer. Teaching young children has always been her dream and so she started taking Child Development classes at De Anza College from 2017 and secured a Certificate of Achievement with Distinction. She received her Site Supervisor permit in May 2019. She worked in top rated preschools in the Bay area before achieving her dream of starting her own home based preschool with her friend Vaishnavee. Kaushika has a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and Master’s Degree in Business Management. Besides teaching she loves to cook for her family and friends, play basketball, run long distance races and explore places! She is a teacher in Sourashtra School, teaching spoken Sourashtra. She is currently training for a half marathon, learning Indian classical carnatic music and enrolled in Campbell adult basketball league. Working with children gives her the best experience and she strongly believes that teachers enable their students to learn and grow, helping them become what they are capable of!
